I have been in the "industry" for over 20 years. That a good record for a Catering Director. I currently work at a country club producing events. If you think that this is going to be about million dollar event - then you are wrong. Budgets are tight across the board, and clubs are no exception. This blog, is for everyone.
I recently read an acticle that us "old timers" never share our ideas or hints with the up and coming. This is true. I hope that this blog inspires and teaches plus I am always open for ideas of your own, as long as it does not invlove paper mache things.
